Order
Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does
not signify our acceptance
of your order. Your credit card must be validated and accepted.
Once your credit card is validated
we will then immediately ship your goods to you.
Out-of-Stock Items
If for some unforseen reason an item is no longer available, you will be
notified immediately. You will be given the option of a refund or
a time when we can deliver the item ordered.

Status of
Orders
Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation via Email
that your order has been
received by
us. When we have your order read to ship to you we will send
you an email confirmation that your order has been shipped and is on its
way to you.
Shipping Times
We endeavour to have your
goods to you within 10-12 working days of ordering. Please note
that it takes this time as your goods are being shipped from Ireland.
Wedding Rings and certain other items (sometimes) may take up to 3-4
weeks - however if you need something in a hurry of course we will do
out best - just let us know by
email. All wedding rings are shipped
by Registered Mail from Ireland.
Product Returns
We offer our customers a full refund if you are not happy with our
jewelry. Just return the goods to us (certified mail) within
30days. Upon
receipt of your goods we will refund you the amount of your order.
You are liable for the return shipping.
Earth Friendly
To do our part for the environment, 123 Celtic Irish Silver Jewelry has reduced
its paper consumption by
eliminating
packing slips and invoices. Once you have placed your order, you will
receive a
confirmation Email that can be

Typographical
Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error or error in pricing

received from our suppliers, 123 Celtic Irish Silver Jewelry shall have the
right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed
for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has
already been
charged for the purchase and your
order is cancelled, 123 Celtic Irish Silver Jewelry shall immediately issue

credit to your credit card account in the
amount of the incorrect price.
